This Gilded Age exhibit focuses on the New York City elite who summered in Ridgefield, as well as the impact of the immigrants who built the infrastructure that supported the opulent lifestyle of the Gilded Age.
The collection include photographs, highlights on influential residents, tools, and architectural elements from the Ridgefield Historical Society archives. The exhibit is part of a Spotlight on the Gilded Age which will also be celebrated with a Gilded Age Tea at the Lounsbury House on Sunday, April 30th.
