Join the Ridgefield Historical Society and our friends at the Ridgefield Library for a spectacular in-person performance about the Black experience in American history. In this musical event, Kimberly Wilson represents seven women — including Harriet Tubman, Sojourner Truth, Rosa Parks — whose lives spanned hundreds of years and laid the foundation for future generations.
Through song, movement, and dialogue, Wilson tells these remarkable stories of faith, hope, and courage, and brings her characters to life. Each performance is followed by an audience talkback, and all ages are welcome.
