Ridgefield Historical Society Annual Meeting

The Ridgefield Historical Society annual meeting of the membership will take place at the Scott House, 4 Sunset Lane, and via Zoom on Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023 at 5 p.m. The session will include annual reports and the election of a slate of directors, and votes on changes to the by-laws. Members will be asked at the annual meeting to vote on changes to the bylaws. The amendments to the by-laws include a limit on consecutive terms on the Board of Directors; an adjustment of the amount of an expenditure that requires a vote by the Board; and clarification of procedures for removal of an officer, board or committee member.
