Georgianne Kasuli Intern Program

Interns at the Historical Society

In Spring 2020, the Georgianne Kasuli Intern Fund was created in honor of the Historical Society’s long-time Treasurer Georgianne Kasuli, with major support from Liz & Steven Goldstone.

This paid summer intern program supports up to three interns during the summer months.

Interns at the Historical Society

To date, the program has served six students and young adults with an interest in history. Projects have included creating a Main Street Architecture walking tour presented through the ConnTours app (funded by CT Humanities), organizing over 20 years of historical architectural images and information to serve both the Warren Arthur Architectural Archives and the Historic Preservation Committee, and working on programming content and a roster of events in celebration of the Historical Society’s 20th Anniversary (2021-2022).
